Monthly Status by Race & Facility (Indiana)
This report displays the total patients submitted by race per facility in graph format. Due to the size of this report, it is recommended that this report be scheduled.
Run the Report
This report is accessed via Reports > State Reports > Registry > Monthly Status by Race & Facility. Click the Schedule button and enter the criteria to either run the report immediately (Run Now) or at a later time. Search for and select at least one user to receive the report (via Scheduled Reports > Received Reports in the navigation menu), then click Next. On the next page that opens, select the report options and click Add.
After it runs, the report is available on the selected user's Scheduled Reports Received page (Scheduled Reports > Received Reports).
The available report options are as follows:

Select All Patients (default), Active Patients Only, or Inactive Patients Only. |
| Facility to include | Select which facility to run the report for. This field is required. |

The name of the facility appears at the top of the report.
