High Risk Hepatitis B (Louisiana)
This report downloads a CSV file for the High Risk Hepatitis B Screening Pilot, with total doses ordered, number of administered doses, number of patient visits during the reporting period, the number of patients who were offered the vaccine, the number of first/second/third doses given, the proportion of first-dose recipients receiving the second dose (and first-dose recipients receiving the third dose), the number of second-dose recipients receiving the third dose when the first dose was received outside of the pilot, and the list of patients and related data.
To run this report, click the Reports > State Reports > Other > High Risk Hepatitis B link. The High Risk Hepatitis B Screening Pilot page opens. Enter the criteria and click Export Report. The report automatically downloads in CSV format.
The available report criteria fields are as follows:
